Paulo is the Associate Director of College Access Initiatives within University Outreach and Engagement at Michigan State University. Paulo has worked with Pre-College youth for over 26 years and is a former adjunct Professor at Lansing Community College (LCC) and Davenport University (DU). Paulo has advocated for underserved youth at the local, state, and national levels, including working with Congress to increase TRIO funding and programs. Paulo continues this work by ensuring that students and parents have all the tools necessary to enter, succeed, and graduate from college.
